Xstream Travel is an award winning full service Travel Host Agency working closely with Traverus Global and is an integral part of the Travelsavers Consortium Network. You will be joining a company that is committed to ensuring you are knowledgeable enough to handle your client's travel needs and providing quality customer service.
The XTU Certification Course is included in your sign-up and is done online at your leisure. It has 7 modules which includes The Basics about becoming a Travel Agent, Exploring the Travel World, Travel Products, Steps to Booking a Trip, Group Travel, How to Get Clients, and Your Travel Career. It will let you into the travel world from Day 1 as an agent, instead of a traveler by taking the course, then Success Training Institute will help you with business and soft skills that anyone can use (this is optional and included in your business overhead). We also have an app call The Deductor that helps you keep track of mileage and any other business expenses to upload for tax purposes (its included in your business overhead).
We look forward to helping you work part-time or full-time to make things happen for you! Its a home-based business that you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. There are periodic webinars, teleconferences, conventions and more that will motivate and teach you the ropes. You can take it slow or move as fast as you want in this business. Its easy to get clients because EVERYBODY travels at some point throughout the year and you can market to anyone.
As an Agent included in the membership, you have access to Member Only Pricing for trips, a Personal Travel Booking Website, the training courses, plus much more. Commission is earned just by booking your clients thru the various vendors (each vendor pays out a different percentage of the vacation package). The goal as an Independent Certified Agent is to brand yourself, earn your own IATAN Card and earn a higher percentage of the commission from the vendor yourself.
You can also earn FREE trips, tickets, discounted vacations and more by taking vendor training. As well as taking Familiarity trips for little or nothing offered by vendors that are all inclusive because they want our feedback and to encourage our clients to book there.
