Travel Agent Services for Destination Wedding
My service initial service fee is $250.00 and I request a comp room to attend during the travel dates to ensure that everything goes off without any glitches.  I also would like to use a few photos for my website and like to get testimonial of the couple and a few guests.

We are and serve as the Group Manager and the mediator between the couple & the resort.

My services includes:
  • taking your vision and making it work at the destination of your choice
  • holding a consultation meeting to brainstorm ideas and go over brochures, contracts, etc...discussing deposits, floral arrangements, colors, activities, ceremony, reception and more
  • assisting the couple by being the middle person that corresponds with the resort's wedding coordinator to help with it being as stress free as possible and issuing the contract to the resort's coordinator and the deposit(s)
  • makes the initial arrangements with the resort prior to client signing contract
  • arrange site inspection for couple, if necessary
  • handle contracts and possibly negotiate for services
  • request a promo code from the travel vendor to offer a discount to the group for travel packages and obtain the comp & other perks the resort will offer the couple & the group
  • ensured travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, insurance, accommodations, excursions, etc) runs smoothly for couple and guests
  • process payments, check passport information for all guests and reconfirm bookings prior to travel date
  • issue travel packages to all parties
  • control guest list
  • answer questions from guests
  • create a private webpage for event to provide the guests with pertinent information
  • discuss any surprise events with bridal party to ensure space is arranged and it does not interfere with resort's schedule (no overlapping of events)
  • put gifts in bridal party's rooms from the couple
  • greets clients and guests upon arrival to the resort for check-in assistance
  • rehearsal dinner assistance
  • day of wedding assistance
  • arrange spa day and services post wedding, if necessary
  • and other duties are required
